It Starts Tomorrow

I have always been a person of strong will when it comes to my opinions, concerns, and morals. However, when it comes to my ability to be "healthy" my will power diminishes quickly. I am easily tempted by fast food, sweets, and anything that it has no nutritional value. I am noticing that although i have a relatively "normal build" i still find myself panting like a dog during work outs and wanting to be stronger, leaner, and overall "in better health."

I have said this a 1000 times before but hopefully by putting my journey on the web (even if no one reads it, I will stick to my healthy eating plans, work out goals, and along the way still manage to do well in school, and be a great wife. Starting Tomorrow December 4, 2009 i promise myself to start eating healthy and working out at least 5 times a week (i will NOT be obsessive about weight, or body image, i just want to be healthy!) I don't want to bit off more than i can chew but i also promise to eat out only once a week. (this will be the hardest part for me, i love fast and sad to say I am addicted to it!) I wish myself luck and hope for the best!

Columbus Crew Games- Best Time of my Life!

Over the past couple of years i have been to a few Columbus Crew Games. I can honestly say i have had the most fun at these events than any other time of my life. I was in awe the first time I went to a game and sat in the "Supporters Section." It was non stop chanting, screaming, drinking, laughing, and fun the entire time! I have never been to a sporting event were they actually let you throw things onto the field (streamers only of coarse.) I normally go with a great bunch of people. The tailgating is a blast. The whole point of hanging out before the game is simple: To have fun. We normally bring a few grills, a few cases, and enough food to feed an army. I love how one simple event can bring hundreds of people together and how those hundreds of people for a few hours rant, scream, yell not beacuse the are anrgey but to have a good time.
